Program Overview

  • Glacier Fruit is a managed rack program — not a traditional “order a case and figure it out” model.
  • We handle stocking, rotation, organization, and general upkeep of your display.
  • Our goal: keep the rack full, fresh, and selling — while keeping extra work off your staff.

Base Inventory & Restocking

  • We agree a Base Inventory Level (units) for your location — your starting target.
  • Each service visit, we refill what sold and return the rack toward that base level.
  • Levels can be adjusted over time based on real movement at your store.
  • You are billed for product restocked (plus any agreed service or display charges).

Your Display, Our Partnership

  • The display stays in the agreed location (we’ll coordinate any move together).
  • The rack is reserved for Glacier Fruit — so shoppers always see a focused, premium presentation.
  • Displays remain Glacier Fruit property; a $150 replacement fee applies if a unit is lost, damaged, or destroyed.

Rotation & Credits

  • We manage normal product rotation during service visits.
  • Credits or adjustments happen on-site when we’re there — simple and transparent.
  • Out-of-cycle returns without Glacier Fruit review aren’t part of the standard program.

Service & Access

  • Service runs on a flexible route schedule — visit days may vary with routing and demand.
  • During busy seasons we may occasionally service evenings, weekends, or later hours.
  • Special access needs? We’ll reach out using your delivery contacts below when possible.

Contacts, Availability & Payment

We keep billing predictable: ACH on signed delivery invoices for product received and restocked — plus only clearly documented charges (e.g. missing/damaged display, skipped service when applicable).
